Problems and Note:

1.This product needs to be used under 2.4G network WIFI. If the network has 2.4G and 5G, 2.4G network should be selected first. After the product is added to the APP, and 5G is turned on at the same time, it will not affect the use.
2.There are two reasons for not sending a message after detecting a water leak:
(1). The detector is not connected to the mobile app. If the connection is not successful, the mobile
app will not push information.
(2). There is a problem with the WIFI network in the use environment.
3.If the detector has not been connected to the mobile phone AP, please read the user manual.
