No quibble Returns Procedure... We take Customer Satisfaction seriously and returns are accepted within the first 15 days if the item is in unused condition. If you have received the item in damaged or defected condition it must be reported within 2 working days from the delivery day.
You will be asked to return the item or provide evidence that the item is damaged or defected. Replacement item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Buyer will have to pay restocking fee and postage fee for items returned to us unless they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us through eBay messaging system before sending the item back to us, and all returns will need to have a note attached explaining the reason of return/replacement request along with buyer's eBay ID. All items must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a registered garage, failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and returns. Labour costs are not covered in any circumstances.
