This is a vintage Homer Laughlin Virginia Rose 10 inch plate in the Silver F50N8 pattern. It is made of ceramic in white color and was manufactured in the United States. I have eight(8) of them. Since they are used some of them have blemishes. Some do not have makers mark on them but they are from a set.
