These kits are designed from a detailed accurate study of the physical deck. Everything is included for a professional replacement. We first obtain a deck, and then tear it down. We measure and specify the exact replacement belts required. Using a CAD software package, we draw detailed written pictorials and/or instructional diagrams as we rebuild the deck. We purchase the belts, or have them custom made to original specs. Then only after a successful installation of the new belts and a 24 hour run we release a kit.

   No matter what others tell you: The original belts do not exist as new. Not even Nakamichi made their own belts. There are NO authorized resellers of OEM belts (do your research). Call them, as we did! Very limited OEM belts exist as of 2010. Like the RT-909, but the OEM wants about $30 for it. In fact the new OEM replacement belts are made with new technologies and are designed to beat the original belts in performance and longevity, just like the new belts we offer.
