Sorry, I have no way of testing it. I am selling off my father’s immense collection of anything and everything model trains. All I have is his record keeping that says it was tested and was in working condition when put into storage. It is being sold as is, but I do accept returns within 14 days so if you are not happy with your purchase return the item and I will refund the full purchase price of your item!
