When you buy one of our products here on eBay, we offer returns on purchases within 30 days if you find your product has been damaged in shipping.

We are happy to reimburse you for return shipping on items damaged in transit, however we are unable to offer paid return shipping for parts that don't fit your vehicle. Please see the note at the top of this description for more details.

Shipping Options

We are located in Ontario, Canada and ship worldwide. We primarily ship with one of the following services:

• UPS Saver / Standard  (for circuit boards, voltage limiters and other small parts requiring a box)
• UPS Express
• Canada Post Tracked Packet  (primarily for decals, or other items requiring an envelope)
• Canada Post Tracked Packet (International)  (for items of any kind outside Canada/USA)

Handling Time

We are a small shop, but we try to have our orders out within 3 business days of receiving them and faster for express orders.

Taxes and Duty

Canadian orders are subject to sales tax at the appropriate provincial rate. We do not collect tax on international orders (USA or otherwise).

Orders outside of Canada (USA and otherwise) may be subject to import duty at the time of delivery. We are unable to mark these items as gifts.

• In addition to our 3M ControlTac Premium decals, which are sprayed with our custom UV-resistant semi-gloss clear coat formula, we also have semi-transparent decals for your Dodge Charger Electro-Luminescent (EL) gauges, paint masks for certain models, heater control and brake indicator decals, along with other specialty decals (such as 'Police Certified' speedometers and Swedish language gauge faces. Custom work is available too if your project needs a little something extra
• Electronic Voltage Limiters using original factory limiter cans. We retrofit these by hand with modern 12v to 5v digital circuitry for ultimate reliability and an authentic OEM look
• Laser-cut Neoprene Gasket Kits for your instrument cluster and wiring harness to prevent dust and contaminants from ruining your hard work over time. Custom measured and cut for a perfect fit every time
