Comic Book is for reference - Book is not included
You are
bidding on a production transparency of the front cover of 1972 Captain America and The Falcon in "Trapped in the Bottles of Death by The Stranger" #150. 1 sheet transparency size 17” x
11". This is a piece of production art used in the production of a comic
book. Original production transparencies are photocopies of the original
artwork which have been printed onto a mylar or acetate sheet and then used to
show what the final printed page will look like. They are given to the
publisher for approval and used to compare against the printed piece for
quality control. They're not mass produced.
Not Original Art but Part of The
Production Proofing Process! These Production Pages Are Rare and A Part of
Comic History,
Today’s production art for comics
is virtually non-existent it is all digitally created on computers thus
eliminating in house production pieces from masterful comic artists."
To be best of our
knowledge these are original pieces I cannot 100% guarantee. If I could I would
be asking 4-5 times more. Great Deal and Prices
