#1This product includes digital format manual (PDF format), scan the QR code card inside the bag to view the manual, if you do not find the manual, please contact us directly for it. (If you need a beautifully printed paper instruction manual, you will need to pay extra.)

 

#2 Minifi_gures and their accessories, stickers and bricks with printed patterns are not included, although there are some products that have these assembly steps in the instructions, we do not provide the above mentioned parts. (Unless you insist on them, please pay a hefty surcharge, not recommended)

 

#3 If you are from the UK or EU you will need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) when the order is no more than €150 or less than £135 and the final payment will be more than the order amount. For example, if you place an order for €10 and actually pay €11.9, the extra €1.9 is VAT.

 

In addition, if the order amount is greater than 150 euros or 135 pounds, you do not need to pay VAT, but the parcel may incur customs duty, the duty should be borne by the buyer. Please make sure to read this one clause before placing an order. (If you want us to pay the customs duty and VAT for you, you have to contact us before shipment, maybe it's not free...)

 

#4 We will strictly check the number of parts before shipment, in case you find any parts missing, please contact us and we will provide new parts for free.

 

 

#5 If you have a great artwork or idea, we support MOC customization, you just need to provide pictures or parts list, we will provide you all the parts you need, let us assist you to finish your great project!

, we offer a digital PDF manual. If you need the assembly instructions, 

we recommend contacting us and providing your email address. Once received, we will send the digital manual to your email.

You have 60 days to return it from the date it was received.

All returned items must be in the original package and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number,specific reason for the return and your ebay ID.

We will refund your full winning bid amount , upon receipt of the item in its original condition and package with all components and accessories included.
