In good condition. Significant discoloring around the borders of the covers (see the next-to-last picture) and all of most of the pages (see the second and third pictures). The front cover has several small tears along the border; many of the interior pages are chipped or dog eared. The back cover has borders that are badly chipped and torn (see the last picture)- the top right corner is torn away. No other signs of wear or aging.
