After you purchase my service, I’ll send you my shipping address via eBay message.

Removing Your Garage Door Opener Logic Board:

1. Unplug the opener from the AC outlet. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

2. Remove the light cover.

3. Disconnect the sensor and wall switch signal wires (leave screws attached).

4. Unscrew the 4 faceplate mounting screws (note that upper and lower screws may differ).

5. Disconnect the long white rectangular plug from the logic board (gently wiggle it loose).

6. Remove the 5 Phillips head screws securing the logic board to the plastic faceplate.

Important:
Do not ship the plastic faceplate. I only need the logic board itself. If the mounting plate is included, additional shipping fees may apply.

Packing Instructions:

• Wrap the logic board in non-conductive material like newspaper.

• Avoid plastic bags unless they are ESD-safe.

• Use a sturdy shipping box with proper packing materials—envelopes are not acceptable as they can lead to damage during transit.

• You are responsible for shipping costs to send your logic board to me.
