Set
of 100 number Test Hockey Proof cards. The five best players from each of the
20 teams at the time were selected to be included in the set of cards.
In 1995 Pro Magnet a Canadian Company run by Chris Martin Enterprises
who acquired an NHL license
to produce this set. The license was denied in 1996. Only 28 blank back
Test Proof sets of
100 cards were issued to various vendors and officials from the NHL.
!!! At the 1997 National sports card convention in Mississauga,
Ontario Canada, I bought a dozen sets.
This is the rarest of all NHL Hockey test cards ever issued in the 1990's, and the rarer of each
player in this ultimate set of 100 cards. Rarer than 1966-67 Topps Test set selling for over $150,000 in mint condition.
