Please understand All earbuds/cases have been tested and cleaned thoroughly, One thing I have not been able to test 100% is how long the battery does last for, On the possibility of the battery running low to soon please get in touch for a possible refund/replacement. 

Also I have helped many customers who have been unable to pair or connect/charge there pods or cases, Sometimes cases need certain buttons being pressed/pressed a certain amount of time, If you are unsure or unable please don't hesitate to contact me.
