4-every time  i ship a unit i test it again prior to shipping and will place a security sticker on the back cover screw. if security is tempered with i will not issue any type of refund even if you send the unit back to me. evidence will be provided to ebay for seller's protection
5-if for any legit reason you decide to return the unit back, i will fully inspect  the unit  before issuing the refund

8-i take high resolution photos so you can see clearly what you are buying. the only problem with high resolution photos is due it its brightness its hard to see minor defects
