This is a Lionel NYC Empire State Express Big O27 Size Electric Train Set. Lionel is a renowned manufacturer of model trains, known for its high-quality products. Based on the design and packaging, this set dates to the late 1970s to early 1980s. The set includes a steam locomotive with rolling stock. The engine has been tested and is in excellent working condition. This is from my father's estate. He stored his train meticulously. I have never seen them running. They have been tested at the hobby shop.
