This is a rare Seadra from the Pokémon TCG Dragon Frontiers expansion released in November 2006. Great for those looking to complete a collection of this set or add a new card to their deck. Card will be shipped in a sleeve, top loader, team bag, and bubble mailer. The sleeve will be a basic penny sleeve, but I also have sleeves from Brilliant Stars, Twilight Masquerade, and Shining Fates if you’d like one of those instead. **Condition**

This card came from a collection I had several years ago. It was not kept in a sleeve so it does have some wear. See pictures. The front of the card is pretty good with a small but not too noticeable crease on the top and right edges. I measured 50/50 centering UD and just barely 50/50 LR with my centering tool (see pictures).

The wear on the back of the card is more significant. Whitening is visible along the edges all around. Corners still look fairly sharp. There is a small smudge on the top edge and a light-colored stain that I was unable to clean off (see pictures, I circled them in red). There are several small scratches in some places on the back that I noticed under a direct light source. Very good centering on the back. I measured 50/50 UD and 60/40 LR.
