This item is a NWA TNA Impact Jakks figure of former New Japan NJPW WWE WWE NWA TNA Impact and current AEW wrestling Star Lance Hoyt who has also been known as Vance Archer in the WWF WWE and Lance Archer in AEW All Elite Wrestling. He is on his sealed card.  The back is taped which is how these figures were produced.  He was produced in 2006 by Marvel Toys as part of TNA Impact Series 5.
