» If we send you the wrong parts . You may pay a deposit and have a replacement item sent in advance. Then you may return the warranty item to us and your deposit will be refunded. We pay for the shipping within the continental USA.

» Shipping Damage. We use UPS Ground, Fedex and DHL First class to ship all items . Buyer should check the parcel condition before sign the signature. Please refuse to sign the parcel if you noticed something wrong, and get a shipping damaged report from carrier. We will send you a replacement at the same day once you provide the shipping damage report . We won’t cover any lost if buyer don’t check the parcel condition before the signature.

» This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or re-installation of the item.
