Here is information about Sheet 71:
One Inch Sheet 71 Vale of York (South) 1905-13 - published 2002; intro by David & Susan Neave. ISBN.978-1-84151-428-4
This One Inch to the Mile map covers the area of the Yorkshire Plain south and east of York. Coverage stretches from the southern outskirts of York (ie including the racecourse but not the city centre) southward to Selby, and from Appleton Roebuck eastward to Nunburnholme station and Everingham station. Apart from Selby, towns on the map include Cawood and Pocklington. On the reverse we include a detailed map of the village of Bubwith, complete with directory.
It is not possible to list the many hamlets, farmsteads and other topographical features shown on these maps. However, you may find it useful if we list the towns and principal villages or church parishes that are included on this map. Links are given for those for which detailed large-scale maps are also available.
