Vintage, mid-century modern (MCM) decorative piece from the Atomic era. This metal starburst has golden spires and is about 6.75" across and about 3.25" tall. Flat back with hole for hanging on wall. Or sits flat on a surface.
Sometimes called a sea urchin style.
