7/8/25 Update on Handling Time:
Our handling time is now 5 business days, and all shipments go out on Fridays. Orders made on Fridays, will go out the following Friday.
Please note, that the internet speed is capped at 286Mbps on these. These are compatible with 802.11ax, Wifi 6, and Wifi 6e, however this is simply the compatibility with those wifi networks, and does not define the speed of the data transmission. Many USB dongles before these newer wifi technologies can not run on the newer wifi systems due to needing driver updates, many of which can't be updated due to being abandoned for tech support. These USB wifi dongles are up to date, and need no driver installation or driver upgrades for Windows operating systems! These are also not meant for GITHUB drivers to use with other Operating Systems it doesn't natively run with, for example trying to run them on Linux with a GITHUB driver installation.
These are also maximum EIRP, and compatible with all Windows operating systems.
These have not been tested on: Linux, MacOS, Chromebook/ChromeOS, etc. Furthermore, they are dual-band, and capable of 5.8Ghz in addition to 2.4Ghz band-widths, however this does not mean the speeds are wifi 6 capable, due to the USB 2.0 interface limitations.
Purchasers have claimed these do not work with Linux, although not yet tested on Linux on our end to confirm.
Please be aware, these are capable of modern gaming needs, however it is NOT recommended to use these for modern high-end or intensive wireless MMO gaming, due to heat production. Playing for long hours online (6 or more hours) with low-intensive games, or playing for short periods with high-end MMOs (3 or more hours) is not recommended, WITH ANY USB DONGLE, as they tend to get hot and melt. For long hours of online non-high-end gaming, and short hours of high-end online gaming, it is recommended to have an internal component to get cooled by the internal fan or a wired connection.
