Here is a vintage Russell National Bank advertising pin.  While supporting the rivalry between Penn State and the University of Pittsburgh with the cartoon captioned, Pitty the Panthers, it seems to take a swipe at a rival bank.  The pin measures about 3 inches in diameter.  It presents well but shows some light surface dirt and the back shows some tarnish.  Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
