» Shipping Damage. We use UPS Ground, Fedex and DHL First class to ship all items . Buyer should check the parcel condition before sign the signature. Please refuse to sign the parcel if you noticed something wrong, and get a shipping damaged report from carrier. We will send you a replacement at the same day once you provide the shipping damage report . We won’t cover any lost if buyer don’t check the parcel condition before the signature.
