The Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (Uzbek: Uzbekistan Council of Socialist Republics) is a Soviet republic.

Formed on October 27, 1924. By the resolution of the 3rd Congress of Soviets of the USSR dated May 13, 1925, the Treaty on the Formation of the USSR was extended to the UzSSR. On September 1, 1991, the UzSSR declared independence from the USSR and transformed into the Republic of Uzbekistan.
