Returns & Refunds: If you decide that an item is unsuitable, or you changed your mind, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is unworn, clean and free from odour, pet/fur and in their original condition with tags intact. If the original packaging is not intact we are unable to accept returns. We will process refund, once the product is returned to our base and is checked. We recommend you return your package via recorded delivery through Post Office. Please keep Proof of Postage safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or don't fit.
