Ungraded Base Set Gyarados. Card is in horrendous condition. The front isn’t awful, some scratches on the face and poor edges. But the back is where it’s really bad. Edges are awful, multiple scratches and 2 big bend creases. It’s warped to the touch. Definitely a PSA 1 possibility.
