o   Your order will be dispatched within 2nd working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one to five working days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 48 Hr Service). Items are only sent on working days so if you order late on Friday or over the weekend they will be sent on the following  Monday. 

o   In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

o   We only deliver to confirmed PayPal addresses so you and we are protected by PayPal against fraud

o   Tracking Number will be provided (only if the item post by Recorded Signed for)

Dispatch Note:
We Guarantee to dispatch all the orders placed between Monday to Friday till 3pm on the same working day.  We use Royal Mail 48 hour service and is free of charge.   Please be aware that Royal Mail are experiencing delays and unfortunately, Royal mail deliveries are beyond any seller's control so please allow up to a further 10 working days after the 3 working days for any Royal Mail 24 - or 5 working Days for RM48 orders before contacting us as this is the time they have before classing as "lost"
