This is the #15 FIRST PRINTING issue of PREACHER from 1996. I am the ORIGINAL OWNER of this book and it has always been kept bagged and in the dark in controlled temperature and humidity. It has not been graded by CGC but based on other books I have had graded, I would conservatively consider it to be a 9.6 or better.
