How to Wear This Posture Corrector--Super Practical Tutorial

1. Put on posture corrector, make your arms through the straps.

2. Stretch the straps downward until your shoulders and upper back feel the tension.

3. Fasten the straps to the shoulder straps with Velcro. Please adjust posture corrector according to your needs if it makes you feel any discomfort.

4. Wear the posture corrector for 20-30 minutes, lasting for two weeks. Then gradually extend the wearing time by 20-30 minutes, until increase to 2 hours a day.
