FAQ

Can I change the colours, font or layout of text?
Absolutely! We're happy to change pretty much anything you see on the invitation! 

How will I receive my draft?
We will send you a copy of your invitation by eBay messages within 24 hours of purchasing the product, and sending us your party details. 

What happens if I don't reply to the draft?
We will send a message to you each day with a reminder to check the draft. If, after the fourth day, we still have not received a response, we will print and ship your invitation after carefully checking over it once more for spelling or grammatical errors. 

I've sent my party details, but I might need to change them. Can you hold off printing?
Definitely. We're more than happy to keep your order on hold if you let us know before we print and post.

My party details have changed after I received my invitations in the mail. What can I do?
Please send us a message and we can explore your options.
