The book measures approx. 7 by 5 inches. The cover is good with some wear, smudging and rubbing. The spine end is good with some gentle wear and scuffing. The boards and corners are good with some light wear and denting, fraying on the corners. The hinges and binding are tight and strong, top binder punch holder is missing. The pages are good with some very minor wear, book is nice.
