The covers and edges are very dirty, the first few pages are little less so. There is a hole punch at the top of every page, for putting the brochure in a binder or hanging it; I don't know if it came from Marquette that way or if the previous owner did it. Otherwise the brochure is pristine; there are no scuffs, the corners are square, the pages are crisp. It's a nice, stiff brochure.
