"Caesar Dict Perpetvo" or loosely translated "Dictator in Perpetuity (for life)". This medallion style ring is made of sterling silver weighing approximately 17.5 grams and features a beautifully detailed head of Caesar.

Flanking either side of the medallion at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions are rubies (approximately .25 cwt). Below the medallion ring are ribbons and olive leaves. 18K gold overlay is interspersed throughout the ring to complement the silver. The dark mirror silver finish contrasts with the bright silver of the medallion area.
