Mounted in a 9ct solid yellow gold frame (stamped: 9ct), Beautifully made and proportioned, with applied gold ball detailing, suspending a safety pin with chain (also of matching 9ct gold). 

The back has a pendant hook that allows this piece to also be worn as a necklace. Very nice !
