  • It is important that you fill in the engraving box at the top of the page with the engraving details.
  • If you have opted to have the item engraved and the personalisation box is empty, we shall message you.
  • If we do not get a reply before the dispatch date, we shall cancel the order and refund you. As we do not want any returns if we send it blank item and you opted to have it engraved
  • If you have opted not to have the item engraved we shall of course send it without personalisation
