This is an extremely rare card in today's Pokemon TCG world. This card is from the first gen series sets. It is in great condition and well preserved. This card has been professionally graded by the Game Master Grading Service, which is based on the PSA Grading Scale (see attached picture for Grade 6). This card was produced in 1999.
