New with tag (originally $118) but does have a couple of flaws listed below & shown in pictures! Measurements are also below.
1) There is a snag in the fabric that is not very noticeable.
2) There is a hole in the back of the dress on the seam so it can very easily be fixed & if left as is, there is lining underneath that is the same color so it's not very noticeable anyways.
