252 Used jet pump assembly, including the transom plate, from a 2001 Yamaha XL800 (66E engine). This has the 30 inch drive shaft. The assembly should make for a good foundation. Impeller spins freely. It has some cavitation burn around the outside. It may be usable, or it may make sense to replace it. Inlet grate and jet pump shoe are both good. Impeller does not catch on the wear ring.  MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHICH SKI YOU HAVE AND WHICH DRIVE SHAFT YOU NEED!
Typically, I ship these differently than most. I box and pad the jet pump housing, and then let the draft shaft come out the top of the box (most of it). I then wrap the driveshaft splines. I have had a few people write me upset by this. I have shipped HUNDREDS of pumps this way, and it is perfectly fine, and the pump is not at risk of damage.
