Make classifying large amounts of raw material easy with the deep stacking ASR Outdoor 3pc sifting classifier screen set. Featuring built in side handles, durable polypropylene plastic material construction and designed to be stacked on top of a 3 or 5 gallon bucket, these all plastic classifier screens will allow you to easily remove unwanted raw material from paydirt, gems, rocks or other valuables. Importantly, these heavy duty plastic sifting screens are also compatible with all other sizes of ASR Outdoor 304 stainless steel mesh classifiers.
Whether for gold prospecting equipment or rock hounding equipment, these all plastic dry sift screens or rock screening pans making the classification of unwanted raw materials a breeze. Simply stack the three sifting screens on top of each other, and then on top of a 3 or 5 gallon bucket; start with the 1/2 inch classifier on the top, followed by the 1/4 inch in the middle, and then the 1/8 inch at the bottom. Once you’ve added your raw material, flush with water; this will push smaller, valuable paydirt down through to the bucket reading for panning or sluicing, while keeping large unwanted organic material, like rocks, gravels, plant matter and aggregates out.
There are also two important design features to note: depth and built in handles. The depth of this plastic sifting screen reaches six inches and will allow you to move through much more raw material in comparison to a shallower classifier screen. And, when carrying and working with heavier and large amounts of material, you'll appreciate the two built in side handles, making the plastic sifting screen easier to maneuver (and easier on the hands too).
