NOT SURE ABOUT THE SIZE? NO PROBLEM, TAKE A RULE AND MEASURE YOUR FOOT...

STEP 1: Measure your foot

- Stand barefoot and insert a rigid sheet of paper under the sole of your foot.
- Draw the perimeter of your foot holding the inclined pen to avoid measuring any protrusions of the heel.
- Take it foot shape that you drew and draw a straight line in front at the tip of the big toe ed a straight line behind to the heel.
- For all measurements Avoid using a tailor's tape measure.
- Measure the distance in cm between the two marks made (from heel to big toe) on the sheet of paper.

II° STEP: Determine the exact size

- Go to the image that shows the sole of the foot, position yourself on the line that includes your measurement expressed in cm. and view the exact size for your 100% Salento® sandal.

NB The measurement of the insole expressed in cm is taken from the internal seam which marks the entire perimeter of the sandal. In fact, therefore, in length, there are a total of 4 additional mm on the measurement of the insole (2 mm in front of the big toe + 2 mm behind the heel).

ATTENTION: It is very likely that the result of the measurement suggests choosing one size larger than the usual size for our sandals. It can fit, because our sandals don't fit large, but this result is usually achieved by those who usually wear a half size or those with sturdy feet. 

LIST OF ERRORS TO AVOID:

• Do not make comparisons with your other sandals or shoes but measure your FOOT as indicated above;
• Don't measure the sole or length of your other sandals;
• Do not measure with a tape measure:
• Don't just draw two straight lines (one in front of the big toe and one behind the heel) but first draw the shape of your foot;
• If you get 2 sizes larger than your usual size, you probably made some measurement errors.

As indicated by the Legislative Decree. n.21 of 21 February 2014, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without the obligation of explanation and without any penalty, within 30 working days from the day of receipt of the product purchased. To do this, simply use the eBay procedure: 1) locate the item in the Purchase History section of My eBay; 2) Select Return this item from the drop-down menu.

Please note that it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on the entire order or on part of it.

The object, in addition to being returned in the original packaging, must not have been worn and must be complete with the original packaging.

The buyer who has correctly exercised his right of withdrawal will be refunded, within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, with the same method with which the payment of the amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods was made.
