All Engravers comes with a 2-year warranty on all machines,12-month warranty on consumables (i.e. laser tube and power supply) from the date of customers purchase. Special circumstances will be stated clearly in the listing.

If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty during the warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem.
Please check everything carefully after you receive the parcel, as any damages except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) are not covered if it's the fault of the consumer.

Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products.

 

Return

Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.
