The Maxim Door Hinge is a double knuckle PVCu hinge design and a high security PAS 24 compliant hinge. The range is tailored to meet both the needs of door manufacturers and replacement markets.

Maxim High Security Version 1 Door Hinge is for use on door sections of between 13.5 and 17.5mm high. The sash piece design allows for maximum fixings into door reinforcement for high security and performance characteristics. The Maxim is highly adjustable in 3 directions to ease the installation process. Horizontal +/5mm, Height +4/1mm, Compression +/0.2mm.

Suitable for PVCu doors this hinge the Maxim is available in a range of ERA finishes White, Brown, Chrome and Gold .

Alongside its sturdy appearance, our door hinges have been tested to the highest technical standards and meet the requirements of the most demanding performance criteria PAS 24. All ERA finishes meet the requirements of BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 4 (240 hours) for Corrosion Resistance to provide the most robust finish for your hardware; and to ensure smooth and consistent performance over time the handle is endurance tested in our test house to excess of 50,000 cycles.
