Very large 4to sized book, in half black leather and marble paper to the boards, simple gilt lines to the spine and gilt lettering. , wear to corners etc. strengthened internal hinges, Illustrated title page (small piece to top right missing) + standard title page + dedication page + vii + 527pp 16 of the 18 plates present - 1 plate repaired please see photos, some old light damp stains. minor edge tears etc. Otherwise a solid clean book.
