Drager 1920V Ventilated Dust Mask

The Dräger X-plore ® 1900 is a high-performance, disposable dust mask for protection against fine dust and particles. The superior particle filtering mask is available in two sizes and combines ease of use, outstanding comfort and an optimum fit to the face. For the highest level of safety - also suitable for people wearing goggles.

 

High filtering efficiency for increased safety

The CoolSAFE filter material offers effective protection against solid and liquid particles as well as fine dust. It combines high filtering efficiency with low breathing resistance, which allows the wearer to work comfortably and fatigue-free for long periods of time. The mask is particularly suitable for safe working in environments with high levels of dust exposure.

Available in three EN protection classes (FFP1 = yellow, FFP2 = orange, FFP3 = red), easily recognisable by colour codes.

Optimised fit

The dust mask is available in two sizes (S and M/L). This makes it suitable for many different face shapes and sizes, so the user can choose the right size for their face. The three-piece folding design offers high flexibility in terms of fit, so that the mask is easily adjusted to the user's face. It also ensures that the mask stays firmly in place. Even when the user speaks, the mask does not slip.

The flexible nose clip integrated in the filter material is combined with a soft nose pad on the inside. This ensures effective positioning of the mask and a secure seal in the nasal area. The VarioFLEX headbands are highly flexible and can be individually adjusted to various head sizes.

Ease of use

The flexible, continuous loop VarioFLEX headband makes the Dräger X-plore 1900 easy to fit. Simply unfold the mask, place it on your face, position the straps and press the nose clip following the visible markings. Thanks to its balanced shape, the mask is easy to put on and comfortable to wear. It fits securely and seals tightly without any pressure. The compact folding design saves storage space, whether in the warehouse or on the job site. Each disposable mask comes in a hygienic single pack, which protects it from contamination.

Exceptional comfort

Thanks to the latest high-performance filtering materials, particle-filtering half-face masks allow the wearer to breathe with virtually no resistance. Optional models fitted with the CoolMAX breathing valve further reduce breathing resistance and help prevent heat and moisture build-up inside the mask. This offers the wearer relief, especially during demanding physical activities, and makes breathing even more comfortable.

The Dräger X-plore 1900 series features the patented double-reinforced SmartFOLD design. This ensures that the mask shape is extremely stable and offers a large breathing space. In addition, the exhaled air is directed downwards, which reduces the perceived temperature inside the mask.
