If you feel the item is significantly different than the description upon arrival, contact me to discuss before initiating a return as a return may or may not be the agreed upon resolution. Contact me immediately in the rare event an item is damaged in shipping with photos of the item and the box. If the carrier requires surrender of the item, I will send you a return label. Photos of the item upon arrival are required to submit a claim, so I can't process a damage refund without pictures.
