This old level does have some condition issues:

The seal has dried up and fallen-off all but 2 of the 6 windows.

But the liquid levels inside the plastic windows are still intact, so this is still very usable.

And I think this could be fixed.

 The metal trim shows a lot of wear and a little corrosion.

The blue plastic case shows some wear/scuffing on the bottom end.

And I was unable to close the screw-on lid of the case completely because I could not push the level completely down inside.

I believe this is because something must be at the bottom preventing this, but see nothing inside.

I believe this could easily be fixed also by drilling a tiny hole at the bottom and poking-out what must be down there.

Other than the condition issues, this level is in good, usable clean condition.
