Product Specifics

One-year limited warranty

Drivetrain parts (transaxle, motor and brake), all electrical parts, including controllers

and battery chargers are covered for one year under warranty.

Any attempt to open or dismantle these parts will lead to this warranty being void.

Half year limited warranty

Batteries are covered by a six-month warranty from the original manufacturer.

Not covered under warranty

The following are classed as wear items, which may, under normal wear and tear,

require replacing. The items that are not covered under warranty include tires, seat

belts, bulbs, upholstery, plastic shrouds, motor brushes, and fuses.

Warranty will also be refused if damage is deemed to have been caused through

misuse or an accident for which Metro Mobility cannot be deemed responsible.

-Returns are accepted within 30 days.Any problems, please feel free to contact us by ebay message first, let's figure problems out together,your  email will be replied within 1 business day.

-We provide free Return service, but return shipping cost will be on you in below circumstances :

1.  Changed your mind or do not need/want the item or other personal reasons.

2.Items may slightly differ from photos in terms of color and lighting differences & on different monitor’s display.

3. Manual measurement has been used, there may be some reasonable error range.

4. Choosing the wrong size , type or color causes unfitting problem. Or didn't read specifications and descriptions, causes real item is different with own imagination or expectation.

5. Buyer did not know how to install or Use the item

6.Find a better price elsewhere.

-Returns for free / free Replacement / free parts only happens in condition of product issue/ arriving broken/wrong item or missing parts.
