Found a 1973 Vancouver Sun newspaper article relating to this button, it was a promo or giveaway.  Also saw the business "Skyline Sports" advertisement.  

Nice piece of sports store advertising. It measures 1.75 inches in diameter.  Very light age wear, overall in good condition.   

A fine addition to your collection.
