3 - Font (Choose from List in pictures) Default Times Roman
4- Corner Type (square, round, notched, scalloped) Default Square
5 - Backing (tape/screw holes/none) Default Tape

Please be clear on how many lines of engraving you would like and what the message is to be engraved on each line

Also please specify which font you would like as well, you can choose different fonts per line, please be clear is notes. If we don't get a font name from you our DEFAULT font is TIMES NEW ROMAN

Please be sure to let us know what style corners you would like, if we don't hear back from you our default is SQUARE

Holes or no holes are also options. If you choose holes screws are included, all plates come with an adhesive back
