• We ship all items via FedEx / UPS Ground to the Continental United States. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will require additional costs.
• FedEx Priority, FedEx Standard Overnight, UPS Red AM, Red, Red Saver, 2 Day, and 3 Day are available. Please contact us for a quote.
  
• Tracking numbers may be provided upon request.
• We do not ship to any PO boxes.
• Customers may pick-up items at our location for no shipping and handling fee.

International Orders

• We ship all items via USPS.
• Phone numbers are REQUIRED for International orders.
• You will need to provide your postal code.

Return Policy

For your convenience, we offer returns on our products. All customers have 7 days after receiving the item to notify us of a return, UNLESS otherwise stated.  It is the customers? responsibility to pay for return shipping. When a product is returned, the refund includes the total charge amount minus the initial shipping charge. A 25% restocking fee is charged on all products when we are not at fault.  Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. For any questions or to request a return authorization, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

How do I return my merchandise?

• You must contact to Customer Service for approval and obtain a RMA number.
• All returned or exchanged items must be in same condition, and must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
• Ship with a shipping courier that provides tracking information.
  
• Please note that NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
• Refunds will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made.
