Delivery

We aim to dispatch all of our items on the same day of purchase, along with offering an excellent delivery service. Our free standard post is sent with Royal Mail, but items may be sent by other couriers, depending on the overall weight. All services are working day services.

Packaging

We package our items as securely as possible. Heavy items will be boxed, and lighter items will be in strong post mail bags. However, any parcels with damaged packaging must be checked before accepting the parcel from the courier. We cannot take any liability for any missing pieces or items as all our parcels are double-checked before dispatch. Accepting a damaged/ripped/torn parcel means you accept liability for the goods. All international parcels will be boxed and very well secured. Any questions or upgrades in packaging, please feel free to ask.

Returns

Returns are fairly easy and you will have 30 days from receiving the item to return it. We can walk you through returning your item if you contact us via eBay messages. Please read our full policy for details.

Please note if you change your mind or cancel your part, you, the buyer, will be liable for a 10% Handling/Restocking Charge. Should you need to return an item, please contact us, and we will forward our returns information to you.
